Move-In Costs

Application Fee: $45
Hold Fee: $500 (applicable towards rent and move-in charges)
Security Deposit: $1000 (refundable)
Pet Deposit: $300 (refundable)

Utility Fee: $100 for one / $160 for two people / $220 for three people
Parking: $150 (EV stalls availible $175)
Pet Rent: $50 (per pet)

Admiral Station is a non-smoking community.
Renter’s Insurance is required.  (Managment company provided option availible).
